Jody McKee, PA-C

Jody McKee is a board certified physician assistant who has specialized in dermatology for seven years. She joined Town Square Dermatology in 2004. Certified by the National Commission on Certification for Physician Assistants, Jody is also a member of the Iowa Physician Assistant Society, the University of Iowa Physician Assistant Society and the Society for Dermatology Physician Assistants.

Jody was born in Iowa City but raised in Ames, Iowa. She graduated from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa with a major in biology in 1997. In 2000 she graduated from Des Moines University's Physician Assistant program and began practicing dermatology with the McFarland Clinic in Ames, Iowa. This opportunity provided her with extensive hands-on training with four board certified dermatologists. After four years of practice in Ames, Jody relocated with her husband Carter Johnson to Coralville, Iowa in order for her to join Dr. Schulz at Town Square Dermatology. Both Carter and Jody love living in the Coralville/Iowa City area and enjoy being closer to their extended family, walking their big dog Bjorn, trying to keep up with their fitness goals, reading good books (and medical journals of course), and trying their hands at "green" living.
